Experience: 
Kelly Richard is a proud ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ alumna based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, with over four decades bookkeeping experience. In 2009, Kelly launched her own business, building a strong reputation for her bookkeeping services and support of fellow entrepreneurs for more than 15 years before moving onto other ventures. Throughout her career, Kelly has been committed to mentoring and hiring ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ students, equipping them with the practical skills needed to thrive in the business world.

Behind the Scenes:
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kelly enjoys a love for off-grid camping, travel, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is also actively involved in her community, currently serving as the Treasurer of the Kes-Mac Pickleball Club in Keswick, New Brunswick. She has also held past Board Treasurer roles for other local organizations including Women in Business Fredericton, Mid-Day Toastmasters, and the Oromocto Skating Club.

From a young age, I have been driven by a vision of entrepreneurship. Despite the strong recommendations for university, I was certain that immersing myself in a two-year program dedicated to business would equip me with the practical skills and experience I needed to launch my own venture. The hands-on approach and real-world applications of a shorter, intensive program appealed to me far more than the broader, more theoretical education offered by a four-year university degree. That’s why I chose ¾Ã¾ÃÊÓƵ.
